Alex Foster, MSW
Alex Foster is a Master of Social Work (MSW) graduate on the path to becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She is dedicated to providing trauma-informed, client-centered therapy tailored to each individual’s unique needs and experiences.

With a strong foundation in client-centered principles, Alex creates a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their emotions and experiences without judgment. She specializes in working with children, young adults, and adults facing PTSD/C-PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and major life disruptions.

Alex integrates a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, art therapy, and play therapy. This flexible, integrative approach allows her to adapt sessions to each client’s goals and preferences, creating a compassionate, engaging space where healing can truly flourish.

Outside of her clinical work, Alex enjoys spending time with her husband and their seven animals—three dogs and four cats. She finds balance through cozy time at home, quality moments with her pets, and travel. These personal joys help fuel the empathy, creativity, and warmth she brings into the therapeutic space.
