Breanna Turner, MSW, LCSW
Breanna Turner is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a deep commitment to trauma-informed care, supporting individuals across the lifespan who are navigating a wide range of mental health challenges. These include, but are not limited to, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression, grief, and major life transitions. She brings a compassionate and integrative approach to therapy, grounded in the belief that healing begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and understood.

With a strong foundation in client-centered principles, Breanna tailors her work to each person’s unique needs, values, and lived experiences. She prioritizes building a genuine therapeutic relationship, creating a safe and affirming environment where clients can explore vulnerabilities, cultivate self-awareness, and rediscover their inner strengths.

Her clinical work is informed by a variety of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions. By weaving together these modalities, she supports clients in developing practical tools for emotional regulation, building resilience, and fostering lasting, meaningful change in their lives.

Outside of her clinical work, Breanna enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, as well as her beloved pup, Chloe, and her rambunctious cat, Disco. She finds joy and balance through alternative rock music and cozy gaming sessions. These personal passions help ground her and fuel the empathy and presence she brings into the therapeutic space.
