Casey Huff, MA, LCPC
As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Casey brings to her work a Master of Arts in Counseling, complemented by an extensive history in mental health. Her career spans over two decades dedicated to mental health treatment and services, with the past six years exclusively focused on providing clinical therapy.
Casey's therapeutic approach is firmly rooted in a person-centered philosophy. She is deeply committed to acknowledging and honoring each client's unique journey, meeting them precisely where they are in their pursuit of optimal mental well-being. To support this, she utilizes a diverse and integrated array of evidence-based modalities, including psycho-social education, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused interventions, and mindfulness-based practices. This multifaceted approach allows her to effectively guide clients through challenging life transitions, foster resilience, develop adaptive coping strategies, and promote profound personal growth.
Her clinical expertise is particularly strong in the treatment of depression and anxiety and education surrounding ADHD. She specializes in working with older adolescents, beginning at age 16, and adults, providing a supportive and empowering environment for their therapeutic journey.

Outside of her professional commitments, she values time spent with her family and pets, which brings her great joy. To recharge and maintain balance, she frequently immerses herself in nature, finding solace and renewal through hiking in the beautiful Shawnee National Forest.
