Kristin Glenn, LCPC, ATR-BC, NCC

Kristin Glenn, LCPC, ATR-BC, NCC, is a board-certified art therapist and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor serving adolescents, young adults, and adults throughout Southern Illinois. She works with clients ages 16 and older and specializes in supporting individuals with ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), specific learning disabilities, anxiety, depression, and executive functioning difficulties.

With more than ten years of experience working with neurodivergent individuals and those navigating complex learning differences, Kristin takes a collaborative, person-centered approach to therapy. She believes that effective treatment begins with understanding each client’s unique strengths, challenges, and goals, and she works closely with clients to create practical, individualized strategies that support growth and well-being.

Kristin has particular experience helping young adults navigate major life transitions, including adjusting to adulthood, managing academic or workplace demands, developing independence, and building confidence in daily functioning. She also supports clients who are newly exploring or better understanding their neurodivergent identity, helping them develop insight, self-compassion, and effective coping tools.

Drawing from both traditional counseling approaches and her background in art therapy, Kristin creates a supportive and engaging therapeutic environment where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped to make meaningful changes in their lives.
