All staff are in-network with BCBS of Illinois and Aetna only at this time. ​Breanna is in network with United Healthcare.​

We are currently in the process of contracting and credentialing with United HealthCare, HealthLink, and we are planning on adding more insurance companies as we are able to. We will update our website when we have been accepted as in-network providers.

​If you have out-of-network benefits, we are able to submit claims to your insurance provider on your behalf. Reimbursement rates and policies vary, so we encourage you to contact your insurance company directly to verify your out-of-network mental health or evaluation coverage.

Prior to any appointment with us, we will give you a Good Faith Estimate for your anticipated costs.​
Rates
The following are the self-pay or out-of-network rates for each service we provide. If you have insurance that we are in-network with, your fees may be lower based on our contract and your insurance plan/coverage.

For therapy/counseling services, the frequency and length of your sessions will be determined by your provider.
For psychological and psychoeducational testing/evaluations, as well as Autism evaluations, the rates listed are per unit or per increment of time. The total cost will be based on the total time required for testing. An overview or estimate of costs can be provided to you upon request or will be included in your Good Faith Estimate.
For some speech evaluations or services, the rates listed are per unit or per increment of time. The total cost will be based on the total time required for these services.
