Who it's for:

Transgender and nonbinary individuals seeking letters for hormones, surgeries, or legal documents

What it includes:

• Clinical interview focused on gender identity, history, and goals

• Mental health screening (if needed)

• Letter provided within one week of evaluation when appropriate

• Referral to other mental health services (if needed)
